SELF DEFENSE

Our specialized self-defense program is powered by Vee Arnis Jitsu, which is a non nonsense training which combines the most effective techniques from from Boxing, Ju Jitsu, Lanada Arnis, Thai Boxing, Kuntao, and more, making it a dynamic and comprehensive “system of systems” for self-defense. Unlike traditional martial arts training that requires years of investment, Vee Arnis Jitsu provides self-preservation skill sets that can be learned in a relatively shorter period of time. 
While we emphasize winning the mental battle to prevent physical altercations, we train individuals to win when a physical battle becomes inevitable. Our focus is not just on physical fitness but also on development of the mind, championing the client’s desired outcome in fitness and life.

Our “Flash” program is designed for Hollywood actors, actresses, and stunt professionals who aspire to stand out amongst their peers in fight scenes for television and film. Boxing & Self Defense

Coach Vernon offers group sessions for martial arts schools of all styles. Training is designed to enhance martial arts skills of participants of all levels using real world close quarter combat scenarios for empty hand edged weapon application. 

Note: This training is not performance oriented. It is for serious well trained martial artists.
